We process personal data both electronically and in paper form. We use advanced electronic information systems and tools. The processing is partially automated. We have implemented appropriate organizational and technical measures to ensure an adequate level of security for your data. We regularly test the measures and evaluate their effectiveness. Any processors of your data (external entities) are bound by confidentiality and the obligation to ensure the processing in the same way as we ourselves.

The administrator of your personal data is the company CEOS Data Ltd., C 30782 registered at the Regional Court in Ostrava, with registered office at Technologická 375/3, Pustkovec, 708 00 Ostrava. The operator of the website www.ceosdata.com is CEOS Data Ltd..

The processors of your personal data are external information technology administrators, external suppliers of accounting and tax services and an external web hosting provider. All processors are established in the Czech Republic and carry out the processing there. More detailed information will be provided to authorized persons upon request by an employee of CEOS Data Ltd. data protection officer (see contact below).

Our web technologies use Google Analytics. Personal data is then processed by Google LLC, Mountain View, USA.

The purpose of the processing is to manage relations with customers (customers) as well as regular order and contract agendas. We process data in the following maximum range: company, first and last name, function, telephone, mobile phone, e-mail. They can be stored for two years after the customer's representative's most recent interaction with CEOS Data Ltd.. The legitimate reason is the processing necessary for the fulfillment or preparation of the contract.


If you are our supplier

The purpose of the processing is to manage relations with suppliers as well as regular order and contract agendas. We process data in the following maximum range: company, first and last name, function, telephone, mobile phone, e-mail. They can be stored for a period of two years after the last interaction of the supplier's representative with CEOS Data Ltd.. The legitimate reason is the processing necessary for the fulfillment or preparation of the contract.


If you sent us an email

The purpose of the processing is internal and external communication. We process the data you have sent us for a period that reflects both your and our reasonable expectations. Technically, this is 12 months after the most recent interaction. The legitimate reason is our legitimate interest, which mainly consists in the proper management of the communication system, electronic data, in the protection of industrial property and interest in the development and protection of our industrial activity.

We also follow the company's Rules for safety and ethics when working on the Internet.

We monitor the traffic of our website and evaluate it statistically. Therefore, we use the Google Analytics service, which stores the IP addresses from which users access the site. We also use cookies. They enable the identification of computers, but also do not refer to any specific person.

If you use the contact form from our site, we process the data , which you enter in the relevant form. We process the data for a period of 6 to 12 months. The legitimate reason is our legitimate interest, which mainly consists in the proper management of the presentation system, communication system, electronic data and in the interest in the development and protection of our industrial activity.

If you are our employee

The purpose of the processing is to maintain a regular employee agenda, settle accounts with state administration institutions and insurance companies, professional development of employees, provision of employee benefits, etc. We process data for a period of 6 to 12 months from the end of the employment relationship, unless legal regulations specify a longer period. The legitimate reason is on the one hand the fulfillment of legal obligations, on the other hand our legitimate interest in building a qualified and stable work team and in the presentation and building of the company's good name.
